- Contact & donor info: name, email, phone, address — only when you provide it via a form.
- Application info: data you submit on the program application (age, school, story, etc.).
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymized site usage via Google Analytics if enabled.
How we use it
- To process registrations, applications, donations, and ticket purchases.
- To send confirmations, receipts, and program updates.
- To improve our programs and the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for storage) strictly to operate the site, and as required by law.
Your choices
- Email info@edgegolffoundation.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
- Unsubscribe from newsletters via the link in any email we send.
Children
Our programs serve youth, but applicants under 18 must include a parent or guardian. We collect data only as needed to administer programs and obtain parental contact where applicable.
