Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse forms or APIs.
Donations
All donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of an obvious processing error. Edge Golf Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed.
Tickets & registrations
Event tickets are non-transferable unless we explicitly permit otherwise. Refund and cancellation rules are noted on each event page where applicable. Free RSVPs may be cancelled at any time by emailing info@edgegolffoundation.com.
Shop & artwork purchases
Items are described as accurately as possible. If a product or artwork is misdescribed, damaged in transit, or undeliverable, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Program applications
Submitting a program application does not guarantee acceptance. Selection is at the Foundation's sole discretion based on need, fit, and program capacity.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, artwork) belongs to Edge Golf Foundation or the respective artist, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability where law forbids us from doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
